Newly Loaded Weather Essays (as of Dec 2013)
After far too long, a series of typed documents that covered radio broadcasts Percy did from 1949 to 1952 have been scanned, retyped, checked for typos. Any typos are due to retyping; the originals were amazing on a manual typewriter. Finally they are posted online for everyone to enjoy.
